Fast Weight Loss Diet
Human beings like quick solutions. Long term programs do require perseverance and patience, but they work the best. Both elements often give people trouble. It’s no different with weight loss. Lunch consists of 1 cup of cottage cheese or tuna, 5 saltine crackers, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water. Dinner is 2 beef franks or hot dogs, 1/2 cup of carrots,one banana, 1 cup of broccoli or cabbage, one half cup of vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.
And lastly day three breakfast includes black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water, five regular saltine crackers, 1 oz.(slice) cheddar cheese, and one apple. Lunch consists of 1 hard boiled egg, a piece of toast, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water. Dinner includes one cup of tuna, 1 cup of carrots, one cup of cauliflower, one cup of melon, a half cup of regular vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.
Lemons, salt and pepper, and mustard can be used as wanted. You can also make some switches such as cottage cheese for tuna, an orange for grapefruit, and frozen yogurt for ice cream. Keep in mind that this fast weight loss diet is a 3 day diet, only to be followed in conjunction with an overall healthy diet.
