4.0 out of 5 stars 365 days of Healthy Eating from American Dietetic Association

By E. Clark "Book reader" (upstate New York)

Depending on your likes and dislikes, there are many helpful points. It is good
background if you want to try a different approach to cutting back on meals,
and they are very encouraging in their recipes. I liked the book because of
the variety of meals. Yes, of course, there is always repetition, but that
depends on your tastes.

1.0 out of 5 stars You sent me the wrong book. I did not receive this

By Carolyn Green

I had no way to contact you. You send me Mark Twain. Puddin book instead of the above book. As you do not have a customer service # I could not contact you. Because of this I will probably not purchase anything else from Amazon. Very frustrating.
